Enterprise Branch Essentials (or Advanced Feature version) designed for quick deployments for temporary locations, branches, stores, restaurants, and construction sites. It is 5G Ready and compatible with Cradlepoint’s W-Series wideband adapters.

The E300 offers full-featured routing, security, and Wi-Fi for primary and failover connectivity in a compact housing. The hardware is compatible with Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and other major carriers. It has a built-in 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 Access Point, supports Multiple SSIDs, and has a 4-port Gigabit L2/L3 Switch. The E300 also supports a second MC400 modem slot that can be added in the future. Cradlepoint phone support is 24 hours on weekdays with emergency responses on weekends.

The State of Delaware Government Support Services, Office of Management and Budget has published an award notice to Magnum Electronics for a statewide contract renewable up to five years. Delaware State Contract # GSS17626-ERVEH_WARN was a multiple source award after competitive sealed proposals were evaluated and best and final offers were submitted.

The contract is intended to cover the State’s requirements for vehicle emergency and exterior lighting, sirens, prisoner cages, laptop mounts, consoles, gun racks, tool boxes, and any related equipment for supplying and equipping state agency vehicles. Types of agency vehicles include; police cars, ambulances, fire department vehicles, pickup trucks, utility vehicles, bucket trucks, dump trucks, construction equipment, ATVs, trailers, boats, buses, motorcycles, and bicycles.

As cloud computing continues to grow so does the dependence on internet access. “Internet failures” will cripple productivity for an office full of workers or abruptly stop a retail store from processing customer credit cards.

Cellular 4G provides speeds faster than DSL and can provide primary support for branch offices, jobsite trailers, and retail locations requiring broadband access.

Cradlepoint 3G/4G routers support LTE, HSPA+, and EVDO Rev A. Theoretical downlink rates for LTE can be up to 100 Mbps but depends on signal strength and other things. They can be ordered for use with any of the major cellular carriers including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile.

Designed for PCI 3.0 compliant network architectures, it is perfect for retail customers using POS.

The included paddle antennas work surprisingly well. We have been able to access LTE speeds from locations with no smartphone 4G signal. There are also optional outside, magnetic and directional antennas that improve signal strength and throughput.
