Effective immediately, all Magnum AVL fleet and asset tracking users should be using the new version 2.0 interface. Beginning October 4th, log-in access to the 1.0 software will no longer be available.

Magnum AVL 2.0 Software Improvements

There are several software improvements that will make it easier to manage your mobile assets. Below is a list of just a few:

  • Control panel now docked with many map enhancements
  • Tabbed browsing for quicker navigation
  • Bookmarks for multiple map views
  • Driver name added to vehicle info
  • Ability to set up favorite reports
  • Dashboards for commonly used parameters
  • 2-way messaging & Garmin FMI interface capability

Training Webinars Scheduled For This Month

The transition is easy and we are offering a free one hour training webinar to review the new enhancements. There are group sessions scheduled for September 13th at 1:30pm and September 19th at 3:30pm EST. Contact us or call our office and we will register you for either or both webinars.

Our Magnum AVL training specialist is also available for a one-on-one webinar to review the map interface using your log-in info. This is a good opportunity to learn more about geofences, alerts, and reports while asking questions pertaining to your fleet. We believe the training will result in a greater return on your investment.

Sign up for our Magnum Electronics newsletter for price promotions, GPS training tips, and new product announcements. The new Magnum AVL 2.0 interface is available now using your same log-in and password. Your fleet data including vehicle history, geofences, and landmarks has been loaded.
